We can offer a "part time financial director" service to produce and/or interpret monthly accounts, cash flow forecasts and key performance data and provide help to manage cash flow and profitability. We can also assist with writing a business plan, raising finance, business strategy, IT systems and development. In addition to providing an informed and independent overview of your business, other services include business assessments, mentoring, coaching and an independent view on your business.

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss and identify areas where we can help your business and will provide a full quotation for any work we propose to carry out. Typically, time spent with a client is from 2 days per month to 2 days per week. We do not ask for contractual commitments and charge very competitive rates.
