Beer & Partners Ltd. is the largest and most successful independent source of Business Angel capital in the UK. Specialising in helping smaller businesses, we have access to over 750 private investors, and more than 250 funding institutions. Established in 1995, we have grown to over 40 professional colleagues in eight regional offices. These include industry specialists, accountants and bankers.

The British Business Angels Association (BBAA) is the National Trade Association for the UK’s Business Angel Networks and its Associates and Affiliates.  It has evolved from National Business Angel Network (NBAN) and is backed by the DTI and is sponsored by Nesta and Kingston Smith.

The BVCA is the industry body for the UK private equity and venture capital industry. Our membership of over 360 members, represents the overwhelming number of UK-based private equity and venture capital firms and their advisers.

NESTA, the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts, is working to transform the UK's capacity for innovation. We invest in all stages of the innovation process, backing new ideas and funding new ventures that stimulate entrepreneurship.
