The Company:Blue Sky Business Planning was formed to provide a business plan preparation service to meet the needs of both entrepreneurs and investors. Working with Beer and Partners, one of the largest business investor networks in the UK, we have designed our service to help entrepreneurs seeking to raise capital from private equity investors through an on-line service that produces business plans that are concise but contain all the important information needed for the initial investment assessments. Using internet technology, we are able to provide a high level of automation and self help together with an assessment of key factors in the plan that minimises the costs for both the entrepreneur and investor, and increases the chance of success for an entrepreneur with an attractive proposition. What distinguishes us from other business planning services is our online interactive service handling both the financial projections as well as the written plan contents, and crucially providing an automatic assessment and automatic submission to Beer and Partners for plans meeting the criteria. Users receive feed-back from the assessment that allows them to review and change aspects of the plan that are identified as being potentially problematic. Our aims and objectives are to work with other venture capital / private equity investors to provide business plans that meet their requirements and criteria to make Blue Sky Business Planning the service of choice for entrepreneurs seeking funding.
