Malcolm Holt is a chartered accountant with over 30 years business experience. He has held executive positions as a managing director and a finance director in telecommunication, consultancy and IT business sectors. He was also responsible for new business ventures as group corporate development director of a telecommunication group of companies.
Geoff Holt FCA
Geoff Holt is also a seasoned chartered accountant who has set up several businesses in the IT / Software sector that has involved venture capital investment and trade sales. Before setting up his own businesses, he was a group financial director in a home improvement group and with responsibility for acquisitions, preparing for a stock market listing and eventual sale to a multinational company.
